Our Winery & Tasting Room

All contained within a single building our small, open winery and tasting room allows customers to experience a real “working winery” while tasting our latest wine releases. With the quiet country ambiance of Warner Springs as the backdrop, our quaint mountain winery is a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the larger wineries of Temecula.

Located half way between Julian and Temecula on Highway 79 South, our wine tasting room is open to the public Saturdays and Sundays from 10am until 5pm. No appointment is necessary. Surrounded by our beautiful mountain vineyards, breathtaking scenery, peace, quiet, and serenity our winery and tasting room (although a bit off the beaten path) is certainly worth a short scenic drive through the mountains.

As you sample our award winning wines amidst barrels of future vintages, you’ll most likely be greeted by Zena and Zoro our resident mousers. Our goal at Hawk Watch Winery is to provide our customers with a truly enjoyable, relaxing and memorable wine tasting experience.
